a romantic getaway

comfortable bedattentive staffdisruptive noise
the rooms are spacious, and the bed was comfortable. i enjoyed the rainfall shower, and there were fluffy towels available. the location is central, with many attractions within walking distance. i especially loved the breakfast buffet with many options, and the staff were attentive to all our needs. the pool, saunas, and lounging area allowed time for relaxation.
the noise at night made it difficult to sleep. it would be beneficial to improve the soundproofing in the rooms. we found the noise disruptive to our rest.

I found the breakfast buffet to be amazing, with a wide variety of choices, and the staff was very attentive. the à la carte options looked wonderful. I only wish i had more time. dinner was also superb.

the room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. the bed was comfy with fluffy pillows, and i slept very well. the walk-in shower was convenient, and the room had nice touches. the comfy bed ensured good sleep.

the breakfast had plenty of choice and the service was efficient. heated toilet seats were in my room and i found the mirrored features a great design. the staff were helpful and.
The location, being in leicester square, meant it was busy. I wasn't prepared for this.

The location is central for everything i wanted to see, with landmarks and tube stations within walking distance. the hotel is right in the heart of the action. The hustle and bustle are everywhere.

The fitness center had technogym equipment for a good workout. I was very pleased. there's also a relaxing pool area. complimentary drinks and snacks in the residence, providing extra comfort and convenience. It really made the difference.

i arrived early and they stored my bags. i got a room with a lovely view after a pleasant afternoon (i walked around a bit!).
the minibar was full, so i could not store my own drinks. also, breakfast was costly even for just a coffee.

The location was decent. It allowed for easy access to many attractions.
I was disappointed with the room size. It felt cramped, especially for a longer stay of 6 nights. housekeeping wasn't great either. I found lingering dust in corners and the bathroom wasn't super clean on arrival? also, the in-room safe malfunctioned twice, requiring staff intervention, it was pretty annoying
